I was diagnosed with colon cancer in August 2018. I didn’t have any of the obvious symptoms but I was very lucky to have a quick thinking GP who basically saved my life. I always thought myself as very healthy and did all the right things, but I still got cancer. Today I am cancer free and I am lucky enough to be fighting fit with the wonderful help of our amazing NHS.
