I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer

With all the hardships that have happened throughout the pandemic, we wanted to end the year on a positive note. So Kya and I will be taking part in a 5K this October to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Some of you may know my family history with Cancer, but for those who do not, please know this is a cause close to my heart as I have seen the battle and the effects it may have.

This isn't the biggest fitness challenge but both Kya and I are not the most physically fit (😂) so safe to say some training will be needed!

We would appreciate any shares/likes/donations that you could give :) Thank you!
