My Husband Tony Furness
Me and my bestie Louise are taking part in the Race For Life Mud Run in memory of My Lovely Husband Tony who passed away at the age of only 48 from a brain tumour. We got the devastating news in January 2020 that changed our lives forever. Tony was such a brave man. He never complained even though it was terrifying. He kept a brave face for me and our children Charlie 10 and Rebecca 7. Tony passed away on November 30th 2020 taking a massive part of me with him. Me and the kids are trying hard to adapt to a life without him but he is missed terribly. That’s why we are doing this run, in memeory of such a strong, brave man. Tony knows how much I hate dirt and germs and he will be laughing up there probably thinking I’ve gone crazy. I know he will also be very proud and will be there running with us on the day. So please give what ever you can to raise money for cancer research in the hope that one day a cure can be found to beat this devastating disease.
