Challenge while losing weight and also for friends and family who are no longer with us + those who are still thankfully
In memory of
In memory of my pal Michelle's Dad. Also for my mum + my friend Kol who are still with us thankfully
So I done the 10k Race for Life back in 2016 which was very difficult for me being a very large lady who didn't really walk an awful lot. Since then I have done various dieting and lost weight and gained it back again. I recently started doing the Cambridge diet starting on 12 February 2019 and am doing very well on this plan and determined that i'm going to stick to this diet and get to my goal. This Race for Life is a few weeks after my 42nd birthday and by then I would have been on my diet for 5 months and hoping that my weight will be a lot lower. This is a challenge for me and something to aim for and definitely will keep me active training to do this 10k course as Heaton Park is very hilly indeed and in the middle of summer can be very warm as well.
