Over the course of June this year I am doing my annual Race for Life in aid of Cancer Research UK. This year I have set myself the challenge to complete two 10k courses again: - Southport on 4th June - Aintree on 18th June As many of you who know me or my family will know this is a charity very close to our hearts.
