I am wanting to raise money to help beat cancer - and this has made me 'learn' to run!
My Story
5k may not seem a long distance to many. But for me, this has been hard! I have wanted to learn to run, and have a goal to aim for. And whilst doing that, anything I can do to help raise money to tackle cancer, can only be a positive. Cancer will no doubt affect each and every one of us at some point in our lives, in some way or another. So lets try to beat it. Please sponsor me - nothing is too little. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
