Winter swim

My Story
I started outdoor swimming in September, and I’m aiming to swim all through the winter for the first time! So far, I’m absolutely loving my chilly swims, so fingers crossed I can keep going! I can also vouch for the positive effect on mental health too. I generally swim on a Thursday, and I’m now pretty invincible on Thursdays 🤩. We all know someone that’s been affected by cancer, so I’m aiming to raise a bit of money for CRUK whilst I swim. Please donate if you’re able 🤗.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
