Sarah Walks All Over Cancer

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. My story begins when I was five years old my Grandad died from cancer but I was too young to really understand what it meant. When I was 8 years old, I made a friend, we were told he was poorly and then someone mentioned the word "CANCER" I had heard that before but never considered it then. We just did what most 8 year olds do; go to the park, homework, play games on playstaion etc. Two years past, it was a Wednesday I went to school as normal there was an assembly and that was where I was told he had passed away and I would never see him again. 17 years later, I wonder what he would've grown to be and continue to support Cancer Research in their fight against Cancer. I know they make progress each year and there are people alive today BECAUSE of our support and donations ! However, I still hear of others losing their lives to cancer SO Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund their research by sponsoring me and help save more lives!
