This September, I’m taking on Sweatember, an epic 30-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. Help me raise money to fund life-saving cancer research by sponsoring me. Cancer affects so many lives and although I have been extremely fortunate for it not to have affected my family I know so many friends who cancer has touched either personally or through their families. Please help me raise money while I attempt to get myself back into the exercise habit I loved 18 months ago when I was fit enough to do a 5k race for life and a tuff enuff challenge.
