My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This January I’m taking on Dryathlon and raising money for Cancer Research UK by ditching the drink for one month and fundraising for life-saving lives. This is highly important to me having lost friends and family to this illness and also having friends who have survived and are living proof of just how far medicine has come on. A lot of this is due to the kindness of people donating to the research. If you can even donate a small amount it will honestly be received with appreciation and be used to help continue finding better treatments and cures. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
