It's time for Sweatember, a real effort to do more exercise every day - an epic 30-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. For my mum and for all those affected by pancreatic cancer, please help me raise money even if its just £2 (and just think, that's less than you might spend on a pint of beer or cup of coffee). Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
