I will be taking part in the Race for Life Pretty Muddy 10K on 8th September this year and looking to raise £250 I will be raising money for Cancer Research UK. A fantastic charity working towards eradicating this awful disease. Having lost my Mum and Dad over the last few years, both of whom suffered from cancer on more than one occasion during their lifetime. I am going to try and do this for them and those I know that have suffered first hand and make them proud by getting through every obstacle on the course from start to finish! This will not be easy for me, but this is nothing in comparison to what they have had to endure. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
