My Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to immerse myself in cold water every day in March to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Please show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page. Wild water swimming is something always wanted to do and was able to achieve this may last year after being invited to do this with friends. I have continued right through since. The health and wellbeing benefits are huge. Why wouldn't you! Personally I have lost close family members to cancer and now a close friend has their own battle with the disease. 💙. Life is precious.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
