I'm walking 10,000 steps every day this March for Cancer Research UK.

Last time I did this I was really successful, I doubled the amount I wanted to raise, got a little fitter and the bonus was that I smashed the numbers of my type 2. Things are slipping, my numbers are higher, I'm a little fatter and I want to raise money for cancer research as the fight never ends. I lost my mum to this awful disease and she was my best friend and 5 years on I'm still struggling without her. I miss her every single day and to walk a few steps in her memory is a very small thing to do. So let the March winds blow, they won't stop me walking.
