I'm going vegan this November to raise money for Cancer Research UK
Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Veg Pledge page. This November, I will be going vegan for Cancer Research UK. As part of my degree I have been exploring the effects of climate change and I found that livestock agricultural creates staggering amounts of co2, this made me decide to go vegetarian but I have been on the fence about become vegan. After a bit more research I decided that vegan could be a lifestyle option for me but still found the change rather over whelming. I then came across the veg pledge and felt very strongly about taking part as this isn't only going to help me change my lifestyle for the better in a more manageable and motivated manner but the money I raise will help fund life-saving research to help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further. Help Cancer Research UK improve results even faster.
