Cancer has touched all of us at some point. Those near and dear to me are too numerous to list here but we all know that Cancer is insidious and can affect any one at any time. In 2019 I have challenged myself to get healthier and I've started that by walking - so this challenge for me fits right into my targets. I'm walking as part of a team to get that mutual support that we all need at certain times in our life.
