My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. I have experienced first hand what the research can achieve. I have came through chemotherapy and radiotherapy and have received help from the best people in our NHS. They are all amazing people and reassure you all the way. I am very thankful for all the help and support I've received from the teams on these wards. Plus the ongoing appointments i will be having from the lovely people in the oncology out patients department. I want to hopefully help raise enough to find a way to end cancer so future generations don't have to go through it.
