To get fit whilst doing some good!
My Story
I needed a goal to get fit, so I booked a 10K run, even though I am pretty rubbish at running. But hey, everyone has got to start somewhere! The beauty of this one is that I get a chance to do some good and raise some money for a fantastic charity. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
