This September, I’m taking on Sweatember, an epic 30-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. Help me raise money to fund life-saving cancer research by sponsoring me. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure.

This is a cause very close to my heart after recently losing my lifelong best friend. She was an inspiration to others and never complained during her illness and had the biggest heart of gold.
