My Story
So I know that the GNR sponsor requests will soon come pouring in.... but those of you who know me well, know that me and exercise have had a love / hate relationship for many, many years.....mostly hate from my side 😂. .. and whilst I would love to put on a pair of running shoes and join the thousands running on 9th September ... let's face it I wouldn't even make it to the Tyne Bridge........ So this is my way of contributing .. and also trying to get a little more active. ..... small target set...if you are in a position to support be it financial or moral (the latter would be gratefully received and I'm sure Cancer Research would like the former).... I'm also looking for non-boring ideas of how to do my Sweatember Challenge.... (ideally things I'm not going to break my neck doing)........ I thank you now.....as by 30th September I may be unable to speak! !
