My Story

Emma, Abbie, Nolan, Jackie and Sally are Team "Nebs Lass" and we are taking part in the 5K Race For Life in loving memory of Lyn Yates, an amazing Wife, Mum, Nan, Sister and Friend. On 13th November Lyn was given the devastating news she had terminal cancer with 6-9 months left of her life, on 20th December she sadly passed away just 5 weeks after her diagnosis, leaving us all heart broken. Cancer is happening every minute of every day, 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, which is why we're fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose!
