I have run a few 5k R for Ls but this will be my first R for L 10k, and I'm already worrying about how hot it might be on the day in July! I love Race for Life days. Always emotional but a very special and uplifting event, bringing lots of people together with their own unique stories. Thank you to Happy Feet Fitness in Worcester for getting me off the couch and running. I never realised how much fun running and talking could be!
