My Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK. I am to be 60 on 26th January 2019, in 1999 I was told I had a very short time to live after being diagnosed with breast cancer. I think these 20 years deserve a big party with all my family and friends to celebrate in style. I don’t want presents but what I do want is for you to give generously to this page to help this very necessary charity give more people the chance to live life as I have and continue to do, alongside my niece Carrie and brother in law Gerald who have also faced it and won. It is also in memory of Stafford my wonderful husband who is no longer here because of this dreadful disease, similarly family members Avi and David, both taken far too soon. This night is for us to get together and have fun, fun, fun 😁

All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
