My Story

This time last year as many of you already know I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. A day I will never forget, a day I thought my life would come to an end! 1 year later…. I have a new body Iv had to learn to love, been diagnosed with osteopenia, nerve damage in my leg, menopause, not being able to have anymore children and crippling anxiety I'm very lucky to still be here! Cancer came for a fight and I won! Now I'd like to give back by raising as much money as possible for cancer research and also just raise awareness for my ladies out there that your smears are so so important! I will be doing a combined run and walk from my favourite place mam tor to home totalling 107 miles, alongside my amazing brother Chris who will also be joining me on his bike. We will aim to do this in less than 40 hours...if my body can go through 107 days of pure hell it can sure as hell get us to the finish line! "You can let bad things destroy you, define you or strengthen you....your choice" Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
