My Story
Since my mum survived breast cancer 13 years ago I've always joined the Race for Life. Like many, 2020 and the pandemic has really left me thinking about the importance of family and friends - I've not walked 5k in recent months, let alone jogged one - but I intend to jog / walk this as best I can....for me....for my mum and for everyone.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
