My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer. I am doing this for numerous reasons. I feel in this day and age cancer surrounds us, everyone knows someone who is either currently battling cancer, beaten cancer or sadly died from it. I personally know people currently having to go through this journey themselves, I know people who have survived it and people who have died from it. I have also cared for many men and women during my time as a nurse who have been going through these hard and sad times themselves. It's a horrible disease that takes over peoples lives and we need to fight against it, we need to beat it. (Also it will make me move more so its a bonus for me as well as donating money to charity.)
