Ruth's Race for Life
Wigan 5k 2018
Wed 23 May 2018
I last ran the Race for life in 2012, in honour of my dad, who was battling CLL. Dad fought bravely until November 2016 when he passed away. His strength of character and determination is my inspiration once again this year along with family members and friends who are either in remission or receiving treatment for cancer. We should all be aware that this disease could affect 1 in 2 of us, so have a good look at the person sitting next to you now I'm glad to support this worthy cause once again. Good luck everyone!
