This September, I’m taking on Sweatember, exercising every day of the month to raise money for Cancer Research UK. I'm not a huge sporty person and most often than not (in fact... always) choose a nap over the gym so please help to keep me motivated by sponsoring me! Cancer is truly horrendous and far too many people that I love and care for are affected by it daily. I'm lucky enough to work in an environment where I see the amazing technological and medical advances of Cancer Research.. Please help me continue the fight!
It's going to be tough exercising every day especially working 13hr shifts! The plan is to walk more and use the stairs more on work days.. This should add up to around 20, 000 steps on those days! In between shifts I'm hoping to mix it up by jogging (restarting Couch to 5k), doing online exercise videos and perhaps the odd exercise class here and there. I will post a schedule closer to the time and post proof as much as I am able!
