To raise money for a fantastic and important charity, and to improve my own health at the same time!

This February I’m ditching the sweet stuff and giving up sugar for a whole month to raise money for Cancer Research UK and helping to beat cancer sooner. Like many of you I have lost beloved friends and family to different forms of cancer, and I know many more friends and neighbours who are battling and living with cancer today. Help me conquer my cravings and contribute to the fight against this disease by sponsoring me please! Those of you who know me well will know that I have a sweet tooth and we all know that sugar is an addiction, so this will be challenging!! Please donate to this important charity and help keep me motivated and on track! Lots of love, Ruth xx
