As a belated 40th birthday celebration, I am holding a Big Quiz in aid of Cancer Research UK on Friday 19th February at 8pm. Cancer Research UK is the world’s leading charity dedicated to saving lives through research, influence and information. Sadly, they have been forced to cut research funding by a huge £44 million as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic. And yet Cancer Research UK is determined to remain at the forefront of the global fight against cancer. Any money you can give will help them achieve this critical mission. This quiz is in memory of Inger Johanne, my mother-in-law, who sadly died of pancreatic cancer in 2020, and for those I know who are currently battling cancer. I've had a sneaky peek at the questions and they are not toooo hard - so grab a glass of wine and some nibbles and let's enjoy a good night in together! Ruth xx
