Running for Karen

Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. We are all affected by cancer, we all know someone battling cancer, died from cancer or have it ourselves. So many young people are cruelly taken like my friend and work colleague Karen. No one could have fought harder, longer or had a more positive attitude. She was extremely brave and was looking forward to the birth of her grandson. She was funny, loud, bossy and above all kind and caring. Life is so very quiet now and its so hard for her family without her. Her little grandson has missed a big character who would have been so important in his life. Karen would tackle anything head on so I'm determined to run all the way in her memory, not much compared to her determination in much bigger things.
