My Story
Cancer is vicious, it can take loved ones from you quickly. I’ve been on one side of the fence and it isn’t pretty. Working in a hospital environment I have seen families devastated. I have also been that devastated family member. I believe if you can do something to help or improve you always should. A motto I like to live by “In a world where you can do/be anything, be kind” so here I am running 5K for all the survivors for all those who have lost the fight and for all those who will have to fight. Together we can achieve anything. This is for everyone❤️

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
