Ellie, Sal & I are running this year for our beautiful, amazing and courageous best friend Joanna. She has been so brave in her battle. She is kicking cancer’s butt and has gone through so much already. Sally will be running her 5k in Australia! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Our work has helped double cancer survival in the UK in the last 50 years. Despite this incredible progress, there’s more to be done. Nearly 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime.
