I'm taking on a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to remember the life of my Grandad on the anniversary of his death

Thank you for visiting my page. Many of you will know that on 4th July 2019, I lost my best friend, my Grandad to cancer. After having spent 6 weeks in hospital without a clear diagnosis, he was unable to receive proper treatment, and my Grandad sadly lost his battle to the illness. This run on the 4th July 2020 will be on the 1st anniversary since his death, and as we as a family raised money for Cancer Research in his memory upon his passing, it seems only fitting that on the anniversary of his death, that I continue to support the work that Cancer Research are doing, so that his legacy will continue to live on, and raise money so that others hopefully will not go through what my Grandad did. My Grandad was the most loving, warming, and considerate father, Grandfather, husband, uncle, and friend to many. Any support would be welcomed.

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
