Rosie's Skipping Challenge Giving Page
In memory of
My Mum 💕
18th May 1959 - 3rd Sep 2022
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. My beautiful mum died on 3rd September 2022 after a quick decline with metastatic breast cancer. She first had breast cancer in 1997 and with treatment and operations she had a further 25 years with us. In the last 25 years cancer treatment has advanced so much and this is down to research. This hideous disease has to much to answer for, and the way to beat it is to pray for wisdom and financially invest into research. The direct correlation between cancer research and prolonged lives are undeniable. I am so grateful for every moment that I had with my mum, and for the example she set with her life. I miss her terribly but i’m so glad that she didn’t die in 1997 and that I had those 25 formative years with her. So this October I’m going to complete 100 skips every day to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Please show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page.
