Rose's Race for Life

I'm fundraising to help save lives by discovering new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer. Cancer is a disease which many many families are affected by at one time or another: Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide, accounting for 7.6 million deaths (around 13% of all deaths). That's more that one in ten! My family have had our own sad personal experience this year. However, I am privileged to know people who have been diagnosed and have subsequently been given the all-clear after treatment. That is due to the essential work of charities and institutions who are striving to rid this world of cancer. I am therefore asking you, to please help me achieve my goal of raising over £500 for Cancer Research. Regardless of how small a donation you give, every little bit helps.
