For my last day, I went to aqua aerobics. My arms and shoulders are still very achy from yesterday's bouldering session but it wasn't too strenuous.

Well, what a day. I managed to persuade Nick to come home and join me in some more adventurous activities. So today, we had a go at the extreme rope course of 16 obstacles and zip wires and a finale of a 35 foot drop. Then went on to do some bouldering. This was something I hadn't heard of before but was great fun. It's rock climbing at a lower height but without ropes, so if you fall, you fall. The boulders were about 4 to 5 metres high so falling wasn't really a good idea. My arms are now quite tired and I have celebrated today's achievements with some wine and chocolate.
