My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives again this year. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. It is only through research that we can unlock the potential cures for this devastating disease so please sponsor me now. I will be taking part in a team again this year called 'Three Generations' with my daughter Tracey and grandchildren Amy and Sophie. This will be the first of two fundraising events I am involved in for Cancer Research UK this year. The second being the golf fundraising event on Saturday the 9th June 2018 at Bird Hills Golf Club in memory of my sister in law Denise (Dee) Bull who sadly lost her life to Ovarian Cancer.
