Finally after a number of years of wanting to do this - I've taken the plunge! Once I hit 50 my body has been saying, take it easy, but I don't want to! So I want to up my fitness and I'm starting with this "Race for Life" with the family. There have been a number of my close family and friends who have been diagnosed with this dreadful disease. The Race for Life will be slightly different this year - we have to do it locally or apply Covid responsible restrictions. That's why I'll be taking part in the Race for Life at Home, around our Village. We're planning on wearing as much pink as possible - so everyone might just be able to spot us! So please sponsor me/us every pound you can donate will go towards Cancer Research UK.
