My Story

Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page. On March 10th 2019 I'll be doing a 45 km hike up the infamous volcano, Mount Pinatubo in the Philippines. Leaving at 1 am I'll be hiking all throughout the night and early hours of the morning in the dark. This kind of grueling hike is a first for me and I'll probably vomit the whole way up but this is a cause very close to my heart and I hope it inspires you all to give generously. The money I raise will help fund life-saving research and to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
