My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to walk 100 miles in October to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Please show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page. We all know I walk a lot anyway so I’m going to aim to try and double the challenge to 200miles. This is a cause close to my heart as my mum is now 11 years cancer free due to early detection and precise treatment. Testing, treatment, technology, nursing care and on going research would not be possible without funding from charities such as Cancer Research UK. I understand this is a tough time for everyone so please only donate what you can. Alternatively donations in the form of your time by joining me on walks to help me stay motivated would also be lovely. Thank you!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
