My Story
As a family we have run the race for many years, over those years we have been running in memory and for the lives of some very amazing and special people. This year we are taking part in this event for Mum. In January this year following a skiing accident it was found that Mum had lung cancer. In true Mum style she has said this is not a drama or a fight she just wants to get it done. The work that Cancer Research UK do enables people like my Mum to get the treatment they need to become a Cancer survivor, which is how we hope this bizarre chapter in our lives is going to end.
