I'm raising money for the Bobby Moore fund to help tackle Bowel Cancer
My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m doing keepy-uppies every day throughout February to help raise money for bowel cancer research. My brother is my hero. He is the strongest person I know. He was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer during the first Covid lockdown and has battled extremely hard for almost 4 years now. He has had, so far, 52 separate rounds of chemotherapy treatment as well as three major surgeries on top of additional radiotherapy. It is unimaginable what he, his amazing wife and two beautiful children have gone through. Their attitude and fighting spirit is utterly inspirational. To help tackle this terrible disease, raise awareness and reduce mortality rates, please, please show your support and help by donating to my page - we would be very grateful.

CAUSE
Bobby Moore Fund
Bobby Moore was just 51 years old when he died. Shortly after his death in 1993, Bobby’s widow Stephanie Moore OBE set up the Bobby Moore Fund to raise money for pioneering bowel cancer research. Since the fund was set up , bowel cancer mortality rates have fallen by over 30%. However, with 46 people losing their life to the disease every day in the UK, we still have a long way to go.
