I'm not someone who normally wants to be anywhere near mud, obstacle courses or running shoes, but for the first time in my life I've been hauling my arse off the sofa to do some exercise over the past six months, so I thought I should put all that excruciating work to good use. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
