My Story
Cancer impacts all of us; whether directly or indirectly. Despite the progress made, there is still a long way to go before we can really start to conquer it and every penny helps. After losing my Dad 27 years ago, my mum's 2 battles and then Angela being diagnosed at the end of 2017 (and thankfully beating it), it has effected me indirectly and I've also lost friends and have friends currently battling cancer. Anything you can donate will be gladly appreciated. And if you're a heartless bastard who hasn't been moved yet, then there's also another angle to look at it. If £250 is raised then I've promised to do the 5k in a Pink Tutu, so even if it's only to play a part in my humiliation; PLEASE DONATE !!! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
