My amazing Mum was diagnosed with a rare and advanced appendix cancer back in June and life since then has been a bit of a rollercoaster. This incredibly brave women has been hit with bad news after bad news and has still managed to put on a brave face and stay strong throughout. The bravery has paid off and in a weeks time she will be undergoing radical surgery in Basingstoke Centre of Excellence to remove all of the disease 🙏 On October 31st I will be completing the race for life for her 🥰 I'm completing a marathon the week before but I think this 5k run will be harder as it will be for her and for all of those going through what she is.
