Cancer Research UK is a charity very close to us all!
My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Marathon to raise money and save lives. Thank you so much for visiting our Race for Life Page! I've decided to do Race for Life, Full Marathon this year as myself and family members have been affected by cancer. I was diagnosed with Grade 2 Ovarian Cancer in the Summer of 2013 and had two major operations to treat this. Im currently being monitored every 3-6 months. Few of close friends and family have been affected by this and unfortunately i have lost very close family members to cancer. So I'm teaming up with my close friend Kira and her sister Tamsin to tackle the full marathon together as this is a charity very close to our hearts... 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Massive Big Hug, and Lots of Love, Rhian, Kira and Tamsin! xxx
