My Story

On the 21st June 2020, I will be doing a 5K run for my Stepdad Dave, who lost his cancer battle in December 2019. He was the strongest, most amazing person I had ever met, and I’m doing this for him. Life is not the same without you in, so I am raising money for individuals and families, so they don’t have to go through the awful experience of loosing someone close to you. Sleep well Davie, this is for you X Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
