10,000 steps may not sound like much to many people, and to others it may seem like a marathon. To me it is a challenge (my normal day sees around 6-7000 steps), but an achievable one. And it's something that I can do, where other people may not be able to. We've all lost someone in the past to some form of cancer. It's a horrible illness that takes it's toll in a nasty way. If I can help in any way, even just to make that journey easier for people, then I should. This is for Bert, my grandfather in all ways bar blood, for Jamibu who was taken from us far too early, and for Terry Parker who inspired me to be a better scientist.
