My Story
As many of you already know, I have always enjoyed running but have always been somewhat of a seasonal runner. This time, I decided to do it properly and maintain my fitness while working towards a goal. Back in the early summer, I started the Couch to 5k with mission to get fitter and start enjoying running again. I am pleased to say that I completed my challange and thought it would be great to put all my effort and progress to test while also raising money for something that is close to a lot of people's hearts before moving onto my next goal. Cancer affects so many people and is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
